Message	Although I could be wrong. But from what I read, this figure is based on eliminating EVERYTHING concerning the HICAS system. There's one part that he uses from a non-HICAS, N/A Z to create the fluid blockage. Thats in addition to removing the engine and undercarriage HICAS weight as well.
